How much can my property earn?

We will be glad to give you a detailed revenue projection report. We use industry leading software tools such as AirDNA and Wheelhouse to provide you with an accurate projection as well as ensure your pricing is always inline with the market.

We're currently serving major North American leisure destinations across the USA and Canada and are always looking to expand our portfolio.

How does bookkeeping work?

You will have access to our powerful Owner Portal where you will be able to view and export all booking and financial information. You will be able to use your detailed data for bookkeeping purposes or to provide to your accountant.

Who pays for photography?
Collapse

We work with a North American network of professional photographers. We pay for the initial cost of architectural photography and amortize the payment to you over the first 4 months of owner payments. That way you don’t have to be out of pocket for the initial photography expense, yet you ultimately own the digital assets.

Who pays for cleaning?

We pay the cleaners directly, so you don’t have to worry about that. Better yet, all the cleaning payment information is detailed in your Owner Portal for your bookkeeping purposes.

Are you a superhost?

Many of our hundreds of Airbnb accounts are Superhost. In order to give your property the highest likelihood of Superhost status, we will launch your property on its open standalone Airbnb account. That way we can reach Superhost status quickly and not have a potential bad review at another property jeopardize your status.

Who cleans the properties?

Retaining good cleaners on staff is increasingly difficult for any property management company. The industry is moving to a model of partnership with best-in-class local professional cleaning companies. They can provide the staffing levels and training required to operate a truly exceptional cleaning business. We follow this approach and always partner with the very best local cleaning company.

Yes. We have a partnership with an insurance provider who specializes in short term rentals.

Who pays for maintenance?

If there is a maintenance issue, we notify your preferred maintenance provider. You pay them directly and avoid any markup along the way. Our Owner Portal makes it easy to block calendar dates for maintenance.

Can you help with legal & licenses?

We encourage you to understand all licensing requirements for your property and to work directly with your local government to obtain all required licenses.
